Go higher with this weekly candlelit vinyasa slow flow (Thursdays, 7PM, 60min) - every class is led to be integrative with a micro-meditation opener, yogic philosophy, and vibey set of tracks to move along to. Gently heated, this class offers a slowed-down vinyasa-style flow for all levels; choreographing breath-to-movement and allowing you to go inward & refocus on the connection to self. Always donation offered (suggested $10). Cash, venmo, cashapp, zelle, and bitcoin accepted. Mats and props available at no extra charge.
