Please join us this January to learn the fundamentals of the Ashtanga yoga method. A regular Ashtanga practice can improve posture & physical health and contribute to a peaceful mind & overall well-being. Our teachers are steeped in this practice, some over decades, and they are grateful to share this practice with you. At the end of 4 weeks, you will leave with a regular structured practice that is tailored to you and that you can take anywhere.
