Our 3rd (Annual?) Poker Run will be held on Sunday August 28 at Tobaccology in Haymarket. After the Poker Run we will be having BBQ provided by So Mote It Beef and then a Cornhole Tournament. We will have raffles and 50/50 drawing. All funds raised will be donated to Kendall's Fight Klub to help our Brother Kendall Chadwick from OH. Our VP, Bro.Tim "Chili Dog" Miller has been best friends with Kendall since childhood and many of us have gotten to know Kendall during our pilgrimage to Tazewell each year and locally as well. In May of 2022, Kendall was diagnosed with high grade prostate cancer that had metastasized to many of the bones in his upper body. His road to becoming cancer-free begins now; the first step in his treatment was a testosterone blocker. Next will be chemotherapy, which begins after July 4th. Kendall is self-employed and his medical insurance through the exchange won't cover all of his treatment; he will have ongoing out-of-pocket expenses.
