Restorative Yoga is a powerful practice for physical, mental and emotional well being that utilizes supported postures, meditation and breathing techniques. This training will not only teach you to lead an effective and safe restorative yoga class, but also how to build your own restorative practice.
Restorative yoga is an amazing tool to have in your repertoire as both a teacher and a student. Your students will benefit greatly from the techniques and practices taught in this course.
