Are you curious about the brewing process and how hops are grown? Come to the Ag Center of Los Ranchos to learn all about it! We’ll take a walk in the hops yard where the cones are ready to be harvested. We'll show you how we grow our hops, how the hops harvester works, and the drying process. Then Brewer Ken Wimmer from Hops Brewery will be talking about the brewing process. This workshop is only available to those who are 21+. $5 per person. Cash at the door is okay.
