Join us for this wonderful course that gives participants the ability become an integral part of advance warning for our communities. Tornadoes are a regular threat in Indiana. But spotting them (not chasing) is key to assisting the National Weather Service in the advance detection of the tornadoes.
This course will train you in how to view the sky and determine what it holds. When on a deployed situation and the threat of severe weather exists during the operational period, this training gives on-site personnel the ability to make a judgement call that can protect those that are responding.
