Age RestrictionsFor ages 18 & up DescriptionPick up tips from our experts as you accent a variety of fresh seafood with the distinctive flavor of Hatch chiles.  You'll create crab cakes from scratch; fry the fish for tacos and create a mayonnaise-like sauce spiked with Hatch; roast salmon with a Hatchified-version of olive spread; and bake a flavorful mix of shrimp, cheese and, of course, Hatch chiles.
