You’re invited to join me for a sound bath that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation & restoration. The best part is…All you have to do is show up! The vibrations of crystal sound bowls, harmonic chimes and my voice, will lead you on a journey of harmony & alignment. ✨ What to bring: A yoga mat, water bottle & anything you need to get cozy (think: a soft blanket & your favorite hoodie) ✨Please arrive at the front desk & sign in 10-15 minutes before the Sound Bath begins. Doors will close at 6:30pm ----- Getting to REC: Use the Fashion District entrance & take the escalator to the 2nd floor- then make a right and walk down the hall until you see REC. Via Car: There is 2 hour street parking (Arch & Filbert recommended) or a parking garage on 11th & Filbert. A REC Member using the 11th & Filbert garage can validate their parking at the front desk.
