Description

Block Party is a hands-on, engaging program offered as a professional development class for all EC professionals. By taking time to play with a variety of blocks, EC professionals will develop a better understanding of the multitude of ways children learn by playing with blocks! Participants will develop a better understanding of the multitude of ways children learn by playing with blocks. Participants will learn how to engage with children in order to extend and advance children’s learning. Participants will learn strategies for holding a BLOCK PARTY for their families. Co-sponsored event with Platte Valley Early Learning Connection and Nebraska Extension "The Learning Child".
