Calibrate is an opportunity to return to a place of belonging, with yourself and community. This monthly event at Squatch Frontier Fitness is a container to RELEASE using movement, sound, breath, and dance. This month we will be collaborating with First Street Studio! Beginning in the WHITE BOX STUDIO at First Street Studio, your hosts will guide you through a somatic journey, connecting you with your body in expressive and sensory ways. Prepare for an exciting and restorative movement practice, accompanied by DJ BlueLotus, where we will find deeper connection with ourselves through the body. On this journey we will open up new kinetic pathways, harmonize the nervous system, and explore the intuitive stream of consciousness that lives within the landscape of the body. This is a container to calibrate your vessel, celebrate the body, and to lean into the healing powers of movement! Following the practice, we will move over to Squatch Frontier Fitness for an integrative social hour with complimentary mocktails, live music, art vendors, and conversations around the fire. We will use this time to unwind, connect, and bathe in the newly created vibrations under the night sky. Get out of the head and into the body! No movement experience is needed. Come as you are.
