PLH Homes is excited to present a Real Estate Summit geared towards Realtors, Developers and other real estate personnel with a focus on the custom home building process. Today's home buyer is becoming more sophisticated and their desire to add custom elements, make changes and personalize their home is becoming the standard. This makes it necessary for builders and agents to understand this process better than before. In this summit, we will discuss a process that caters to a more custom buyer, and learn how to facilitate communication and the execution of their build. This 2-day Summit will be held on September 13-14, 2022 at Harrah's Cherokee Casino in Cherokee NC, which is only a short 2.5 hour drive from Atlanta. We will kick off a Networking Happy Hour reception with drinks and hors d'oeuvre on September 13th at 7pm! September 14th at 9am we will start our summit with a round table discussion surrounding the custom home development process. Realtors and Developers will share strategy and collaborate to create a plan to execute a seamless build process for buyers. Real Estate Attorneys will be present to discuss required documentation to protect all parties involved. We will also have insurance Agents to educate on protecting assets during and post construction.
