At our first Lunch & Learn, 615innovations' founder Tina Phillips will discuss... how a looming recession impacts consumer spending, how to protect your business from losing revenue, and(maybe) even grow your business during the downturn. Attendees will walk away with new insights, best practices, and actionable tactics they can immediately apply to their sales process in order to secure (and grow!) revenue. About the Speaker: Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Tina Phillips is the founder and CEO of 615innovations, a boutique business development consulting firm that empowers small businesses and startups with tailored sales strategies that include a holistic marketing and branding approach. Since launching her career in Washington, DC in 2008 Tina has almost 15 years of proven success leading powerful business development teams, task forces and Boards of Directors as well as generating bottom-line revenue for both for-profit and non-for profit organizations through new client acquisition and retention, new product development, marketing and strategic partnerships. As the only child of two small business owners, Tina understands the value of hard work and determination. At the early age of 27, Tina was invited to become an equity-partner of a multi-million dollar government affairs firm in Washington, DC. About five years later, in 2020, Tina decided to take the leap and begin her own company in hopes of learning new things, conquering new challenges, and most importantly, helping others solve their business needs. Since launching 615innovations in September 2020, Tina has helped more than a dozen small businesses build their sales function, launch new lines of business, craft powerful stories then share them through relevant marketing channels, including local and national press coverage. In addition, Tina also designed comprehensive sales training programs that give SMB owners the confidence they need to propel their businesses to new heights. Tina graduated with a bachelor of science in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University in 2008. Today she resides in South Nashville with her boyfriend, Chris, who is also a small business owner, and their two fur babies, Brooks & Mason.
