Dear Vendor, It's so good to announce the Atlanta Black Theatre Festival is back for the 11th year! The 2022 ABTF Black Art Expo and Marketplace are on Saturday, September 3, 2022. We are always looking for ways to grow and improve our marketplace and anticipate 1000+ attendees! ABTF BLACK ART EXPO AND MARKETPLACE DETAILS NEW LOCATION. NEW DATES. NEW EVENTS. * This year we are outdoors on the front and side lawns of the Southwest Arts Center * There are five shows scheduled from 12 pm - 12 midnight. * We will offer breaks, food trucks, and table seating outdoors between shows. * Each vendor will be provided with a 10 x 10 space. * Tents are strongly recommended. Bring your own. * Vendor tables with one chair are available while supplies last. LOAD-IN: Sat, September 3 @ 9 am. The entrance will be CLOSED for vendor set up at 11 am. Sorry, no exceptions. MARKET HOURS: Sat. September 3 @ 12 noon - 8 pm LOAD OUT: Sat., September 3 @ 8 pm All vendors must agree to: * Adhere to load-in/out times dates. * Remain open for business during ALL market hours .* Donate a gift OR gift certificate for door prizes ($25 value). * Abide by the Terms and Conditions for Participation (available right before you process your payment). ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Thank you. Note: We only permit one Paparazzi Jewelry vendor and that space is taken.
