Join us for an amazing retreat, focusing on holistic and creative ways to heal from trauma. Every workshop is created by experts who will encourage, love, and support you during this journey. You will have opportunity to escape from the the hectic things in your life and RELAX. This a safe and confidential space for healing using the natural element of the ocean. Dr. Vanessa Guyton will be the host for this event . She is a recovering alcoholic and a military sexual assault survivor who uses her experiences to help others. Her goal is to introduce you to experts and practices that she has used on her healing journey When: December 10-11, 2022 Where: B Ocean Resort in Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL Cost: TBD. Includes activities, breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Prices will be provided with or without lodging. Items Needed: A positive mindset and a desire to elevate. Everything else is provided.
