The curriculum and content are designed to give you the foundational skill set you need in order to make and meet your immediate postpartum lactation and infant feeding goals. Whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding or combo feeding you will leave this class feeling more confident and prepared for the next steps. Space is Limited to 6 couples per class- Snacks and Drinks Provided *Best taken between 34-37 weeks gestation.
