Join us at Sedona Center for Harmony & Enrichment as we practice merging two transformative medicines on our journey towards connection of the mind, body and spirit. Our evening will begin with the sharing of Guatemalan Ceremonial Cacao to support and nurture yourself. With the assistance of Cacao and the mystery of sound we will embark on a collective journey through the heart. Resting in savasana, you will be bathed in vibrations by the rich sounds of the singing bowls, chimes, drums and more. Allow the sounds of the instruments to assist you in releasing what you no longer need, creating space for what will nourish and support. Let us gather in Sacred Ceremony to anchor in the energies of the heart whilst opening the field of opportunity to manifest your visions for the energies of summer 2022. We invite you to dress in whatever illuminates the essence of your heart. Bring a journal, pen, yoga mat (if you have), pillow, props and blanket for comfort.
