Arrive at 8:45 to grab some food and a drink before you settle in. Formal activities start at 9 am. The Invisible Riptide invites you and your family to spend the morning bonding and enjoying family fun with your kids while building mental wellness and confidence to start the school year off strong. Audience: Parents and their elementary school-aged kids. A limited number of tickets will be sold to maximize the bonding and connection experience for each guest. Parent Discussion Group and Parenting Tips to Stress LessMindful Movements and Meditations Each family will leave with strategies and supports that they can use right now to help their family feel more refreshed and recharged. There will be time for Q&A and Carron, Caroline, and Kristal will have a table showcasing a few of their favorite things that support kids' and families' wellbeing.
