Shawnee Mission North is celebrating their 100th anniversary this year, so there are already many events planned for the weekend. You can check the school's schedule here: https://smnorth.smsd.org/100-year-anniversary Signature Reunion Event - Saturday, Sep. 10, 2022 (7:00. pm - midnight) Saturday evening, Sep. 10, 2022 is our signature reunion event! If you'd like, stop by the alumni Homecoming dance from 6:00-7:30 pm at Shawnee Mission North's Fieldhouse. All alums (all years) are invited until 7:30. Then the alums will leave and let the high school crowd enjoy their dance. Head to Lenexa Public Market for our official class reunion (8750 Penrose Lane, Lenexa, KS 66219) from 7:00 pm - midnight. Lenexa Public Market will have food vendors and a full cash bar on site. Enjoy food, conversation, and lawn games, and stop by a private area upstairs where we will display memorabilia for a walk down memory lane. If you order your tickets by Sep.1, the ticket price is $30 per person or $45 per couple. From Sep. 2 through the night of the event, the ticket price is $35 per person or $50 per couple. We encourage you to purchase your ticket(s) by Sep. 1 so we can plan accordingly. However, if you prefer to make a game-day call, we welcome spontaneous walk-ins. Tailgate & Football Game - Friday, Sep. 9, 2022 (Tailgate 5:00 - 7:00 pm; Football Game 7:00 pm) We will have a reserved tailgate tent for the class of '87 at Shawnee Mission North on Friday, Sep. 9, 2022. Please join us from 5:00 - 7:00 pm prior to the football game at 7:00 pm vs. Olathe South. We will also have a reserved section of seats for the game (game ticket price TBD). SMN Open House / Tour - Saturday, Sep. 10, 2022 (9:00 - 10:00 am) Saturday morning, Sep. 10, join us at 9:00 am at Shawnee Mission North in Jim Ricker's classroom #201 for a tour of the school hosted by Jim Ricker. We will see the "old" section of the school and the new section/renovations. The SMN orchestra, choir, drumline, Advanced Repertory Theatre (A.R.T.), and NJROTC groups will have performances throughout the course of the open house (times TBD).
