Thank you for completing the pre-registration for the 14th Annual Fresh Cut Fresh Start! Please Note: For every Child who receives a hair services, will receive school supplies. Completing the pre-registration form will not guarantee you school supplies. Also completing the pre-registration form, you grant the foundation permission the right to reproduce the photographs and/or video images taken of you, or members of your family, for the purpose of publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, or trade, in any manner or in any medium. Furthermore, you grant permission to use your statements that were given during an interview with or without your name, for the purpose of advertising and publicity without restriction. You waive the right to any compensation.
