Event schedule: 4:14 pm - Doors Open 4:30 to 5:30 pm - Yoga with TBD 5:30 to 6 pm - Open Ceremony 6 to 8 pm - Ecstatic Dance with DocZion 8 to 8:30 pm - Closing Circle Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, held in a safe and sacred container, & facilitated by a professional DJ. It’s a place where we can be our unique selves, and also connected to a common source. We Dance Barefoot! This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK) If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK. We Dance Without Words! This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State. No Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators. No Talking from the Dancers. We Dance As We Are! No Drugs/Alcohol, No Phones, No Camera/Video, No Scents, No Expectations, No Judgements, No Shoulds, No Oughts… Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.
