Join us to learn the artisan craft of creating your very own handpainted chocolate bonbons. Participants will learn all of the required steps of crafting fine chocolates from polishing their molds; hand painting the molds; casting the molds with chocolate; making the ganache filling center and piping it and finally capping off the mold and releasing the beautiful little morsels. Each participant will take home a total of 24 bonbons; instructions on how to best temper chocolate at home; the recipe for the ganache center that we make in class and a certificate of completion. Please wear closed toed shoes. Refrain from wearing jewelry if possible and any strong smelling perfumes or colognes.
