Sunset Beach Cleanup with the 1 Hotel

1 Hotel South Beach will be hosting a Sunset Beach Cleanup in collaboration with @SeaKeepers on National Beach Day, Tuesday, August 30th, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. There’s no better way to show your appreciation for our beautiful Miami beaches than by cleaning our shorelines alongside friends & family. We will be using the informative app Clean Swell® to record each item of trash collected, which helps scientists and advocates around the world tackle ocean trash at a global scale. Volunteers must complete waiver form HERE to participate. Will be provided for volunteers: Gloves, buckets, biodegradable bags (first come, first serve)1 Hotels South Beach will be providing refreshing water by PathWater; refillable & recyclable aluminum bottles. Volunteers should bring the following: Reef-safe sunscreenComfortable shoesDownload the application “Clean Swell” on your phone beforehand*Please note the meetup location for the cleanup will get started on the beach located on 24th Street and Collins right behind the 1 Hotel*
