While summertime is still in full swing, veggies and herbs in the garden are reaching the peak of their ripening. In this class, we’ll prepare some of the best Italian recipes for fresh summer meals. Antipasto: Broiled mushrooms with gorgonzola cheese Primo: Eggplant alla Norma with angel hair pasta Secondo: Rosemary roasted lamb chops Contorni: Fennel au Gratin Dolci: Crostata di Frutta Join us for a pre-class social hour at 5pm at Sala del Vino, where you’ll be greeted with a complimentary pour of our featured wine. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the evening. This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers. * A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
