As we all know, the past two years have suspended some of our favorite community gatherings and given us great opportunity to grow, evolve, and see the world in a whole new way. *** These monthly classes are filled with exercises and experiences centered around shamanic living and concepts for better navigating our new world. Joanne Muir comes to us with over twenty years of experience in advanced bodywork, somatic release work, sound and movement therapy, channeling, shamanic practices, and more. She loves to share the teachings that have shaped her own life with others, hoping to help those awakened souls to both deepen and apply their gifts, for themselves and the world we live in.
