Each gathering is different as we are guided by the cosmic energy of the day based on the Mayan Cosmovision and influenced by the energy of the group. In general, you can expect a combination of sound healing, somatic release modalities, conscious breathing, open vulnerable sharing, and feeling safe & connected.
