This workshop will take you through the basic instructions of creating your very own charcuterie platter. Hosted by Charcuterie By Randi. You will receive hands on instruction, food pairings, food placement, tips, and tricks to bring your board to life. All materials will be provide along with expert instructions. You will take home a 9'' square palm leaf board to enjoy with family and friends, or keep it all to yourself! There will be NO refunds given after ticket purchase. Seats are limited and I want to ensure everyone who wants to attend gets a spot. If something comes up and you cannot attend you may either take a class credit for a future workshop, or pick up the charcuterie kit. Please note that all materials unless specified otherwise may include but are not limited to dairy, gluten and nuts.
