This is an all-levels, donation-based class held at the back of Maddox Park near the tree line. Children 8+ recommended. All our welcome to join our growing outdoor yoga community! A $10 donation is suggested but if you're not able to donate please come anyway, we would love to have you! This class emphasis gentle movements and awareness of breath, it is intended to meet you at whatever level you are and hopefully put a smile on your face! Maddox Park is a huge space so we never have trouble keeping plenty of distance. Bringing a mat and/or towel and water is recommended. There is also plenty of shade for those that like to be a bit cooler.
