VTHH Prenatal ClassesOur prenatal class helps prepare parents-to-be for pregnancy, labor, delivery, and new born care. Participants will be provided a workbook which follows the class structure and a valuable resource for them to carry home. The participant is encouraged to bring one support person. Class topics include:Labor signsPosition for labor & pushingPain management & copingPostpartum care (mother & baby)BreastfeedingNewborn medications, care, feeding & screeningsTour of the VTHH Women's CenterThe 2-hour class and workbook are Free but registration is required and can be made here or by calling 931-393-7938.Class location is in the Private Dining Room (PDR) on the Ground Floor of the hospital. Enter through the Main Entrance (which is located at the rear of the hospital); the PDR is located to the left down the hallway.
