1. I understand that I am responsible for the collection of all sales tax. Local sales tax is 6.5%. 2. All vehicles must be removed from the park by 8:45 a.m. day of festival. All displays must be set up by 8:45 am. I further agree that I will not dismantle my display prior to the end of the show at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. I may begin set-up of my display Saturday after 7:30am. 3. I agree to help keep and maintain show grounds, practicing all safety rules, particularly fire safety. 4. I understand that I should bring all needed display props, including tables, pop up tent, hanging materials and/or folding chairs that I find necessary for my exhibit. 5. If for any cause whatsoever it becomes impossible, including inclement weather, to have the show, I understand this agreement is terminated and I will waive any and all claims for damages or spot Fees. This is a rain or shine event. All spot fees are a donation to the Jensen Beach HS Band. 6. Jensen Beach High School, The Point at Ocean Boulevard, City of Stuart, or Martin County government will not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, or his employees or his goods, from any cause whatsoever, while show premises are being occupied under this agreement. 7. Jensen Beach High School will provide no insurance; any insurance must be placed and paid for by the exhibitor. I hereby relieve the management of the show of all responsibility in connection with the safekeeping of the property while said properties are at this show. 8. I understand that reservations will be confirmed by email. No refunds will be made unless the application is not accepted. 9. ARTS & CRAFTS & COMMERCIAL vendors enclose a $25 reservation fee for an exhibit space. $35 for 2 spots 10. ARTS & CRAFTS vendors include a completed publicity information sheet, and a photograph of myself and my work. (Photos can be e-mailed to [email protected]) 11. Vendors can be handmade or garage sale items. Items for sale cannot include weapons or alcohol, or any weapon or alcohol related products. 12. No power will be provided.
