Anderson Homes is a Modular and Manufactured home sales center looking for an experienced carpenter and also a CDL driver for occasional home/equipment hauling (CDL not required just helpful). This is a full time, year round position if wanted, Monday-Friday. Requirements/Job Duties: Reliable/dependable Ability to work well with others in a respectful manner and also take direction. Must have a through knowledge of the construction process. On site finishing of homes includes siding, roofing, dormer/eve construction, interior trim, door hanging and other smaller service items. Productive, attention to detail and strong communication skills with clients and other subcontractors. With CDL license hauling of homes to job sites, haul tractor/cat to job sites. General site help when homes are being set by subcontractors. Occasional overnight travel is required in MN and eastern ND, hotels and meals will be paid for. Drive time both directions paid for in company vehicles. Full time employees get paid holidays, paid vacation, 401K, and health insurance paid 80% by employer and 20% by employee.
