- Read full ad. Perfect for part-time or semi-retired person with professional skills. Part-time, Skilled Labor: Woodworking, House Maintenance -- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. 11am to 4 or 5PM. We need a skilled person to do woodworking for cabinetry, shelving repairs, siding repair, landscaping, painting and general maintenance of facilities in 3-family buildings. We hire people with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck, who owns all the tools needed for the job. Proof of Vax required as we are medically vulnerable. Mask-up as necessary. No criminal, social, medical, or psychological issues. We have our own, leave yours at home. Lol Pay is $20 per Hour, contractors pay in cash, on last day of each week. No daily pay, no advances, no loans. We're looking for someone who lives and works as a professional.
