HIRING NOW!!!!! $500 Hiring Bonus QUALIFICATIONS Commercial roofing/Metal Framing 5-10 years extensive experience Work authorization for US REQUIREMENTS Must be self-motivated, efficient, hardworking, and work well on your own. Thorough knowledge of EPDM, TPO, PVC, standing seam, sheet metal, BUR, and mod-bit roofing systems required. Must possess the physical capabilities required for commercial roofing, including but not limited to the capacity to work long days in a variety of outdoor elements and weather conditions, stooping, bending, material handling, ladder climbing, and awareness of height exposure. Ability to safely lift up to 90 pounds Ability to work with a variety of hand/power tools Knowledge of basic roofing tools Ability to identify deficiencies in a roof and then make repairs and/or repair recommendations also able to apply new roof or re-roof systems of different types. Ability to ascend/descend a ladder frequently, up to 40 feet Willing to work some weekends Detail oriented, strong work ethic, efficient in time management, and outgoing and motivated Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to jobsite safety and demonstrate safe workplace practices
