Small Yard Needs mowing and edging

Description

I have a 6500 sq. ft yard that needs to be cleaned up. I am preparing the property for sale. I would like it mowed and edged and looking its best. I would also like a sign put in the yard that it is a for sale by owner with my phone number on it. I will reimburse the $10 for the sign once job is complete and photos are delivered.
