Job Requirement -Documentation to work in the US -Valid TX Driver's License with good record -Significant and verifiable roofing experience -Ability to lift 75lbs, work on 2-Story Roofs and on steeper slopes -Pass a criminal background check -Pass a drug test -Great attitude and reliable Job Details -Position: Roof Repair Technician -Working Hours: 8 Hours per day 7:00AM-4:00PM (Including 1-hour non-paid lunch) -Time Off Fully Paid Holidays -Employee Birthday (If on Sat or Sun, the Fri before) -Memorial Day -Independence Day -Veterans Day -Thanksgiving Day -Christmas Day -Christmas Eve Paid Time Off (PTO) 2 Weeks (10 day or 80 hours) of PTO per year to be used as sick days, vacation days or rest days at employee’s will. PTO can also be cashed in for income or accumulated up to a maximum of 3 Weeks or 120 hours. -Compensation: Your annual Gross Salary will be $50,000 Per Year ($1,923.08/Bi-weekly Pay Period) -Bonus -Safe Work Bonus of $1,000 per year for every 12 months worked without injury, vehicle accident or property damage -Quality Work Bonus of $1,000 per year for every 12 months of work without a workmanship warranty-claim -Christmas Bonus dependent upon overall company performance -Company Vehicle: You will be provided a company truck to drive from the office to jobsites and in between jobsites. You will not be able to use the company truck to commute to and from work to your residence.
