Need to rehome fixed cats asap

I have a 6yr old calico female(fixed) and a 3yr old black short-haired male(fixed). I unfortunately have to find them a new home after moving here this month to find out, alot of people dont want cats in their rentals and it hurts me to do this with the housing issues here. My kids adore these cats with all their heart and they are as much as my children, as they grew up with my kids. They are excellent at mouse and bug hunting. My calico, Penny, is sensitive to foods so she has thrown up here and there, but not often...I haven't figured out why she does that. She also is best with kids that are more mature(10+) and likes quiet. My black short-hair, Ace, is a big baby when he warms up, he loves talking with you and loves being close and cuddled up next to you, loves chairs to be at a higher level with you. He has never been mean to the kids, cause he pretty much grew up with them, so he feels part of the pack. I do not want to separate them cause Penny is a big sister to Ace when we brought him home a couple months old. If Ace is not around, she will start meowing for him.These cats need a nice peaceful, especially loving home. They make us very happy and I want a home for them that want the same.
