Building a new residential home in the Grandview area 2,860sqft. (2,200sqft living space and 660sqft. covered porches). Single story, 5/12 gable roof, 9'ceilings, 2x4 stud walls. Framing work to include walls, ceilings, roof, bracing, Cornish, decking, house wrap, and setting windows & ext. doors. Team must provide all Labor, necessary equipment, nails & fasteners, and temp. scaffold. Material waste will not be tolerated. Pays $4.50/ft.. A team with GL & Worker’s Comp could be paid more to cover. Contract will require completion in 20 days or less. Project starts in 15-30 days.
