Performs grounds maintenance, irrigation installation/repair, hardscaping and helps make certain all outdoor areas appearances are maintained and well-kept. -Ensures safety by continuing to inspect all tools as well as understanding proper chemical handling. -Performs mowing, aeration, over-seeding, fertilizing, chemical application, planting seasonal color, prunes shrubs & trees -Prepares planting beds with hand and power tools; integrates soil amendments; planting trees and shrubs. -Inspect trees and landscaped areas for pest and disease. -Ability to understand and follow directions.
