Call 972-752-1042 for hiring process Must be fluent in Spanish COVID-19 vaccine or weekly COVID test required No benefits The Lead Production Associate coordinates activities (receiving, grading, processing, shipping, and cleaning), and provides coaching and guidance to workers on the production line. The Warehouse Lead is generally responsible for employee inventory, employee productivity, record keeping, and safety. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and higher end personnel. Management position available once fully trained and shows potential. Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-6pm (later shifts as needed) Saturday- as needed Duties and Job skills: • Train, guide and evaluate warehouse employees to support and enhance employee efficiency and productivity • Understand inbound / outbound schedules and manage personnel through unexpected changes in schedules • Maintain and manage warehouse inventory system • Inspect outbound materials quality per work order and consumer requirements • Coordinate materials sampling and testing as required • Resolve Tier 1 production conflicts, and elevate conflicts for Tier 2 review by the Operations Manager as needed • Enforce compliance and maintain a safe working record and culture • Immediately communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries to the Operations Manager • Operate company vehicles and equipment, as needed and properly credentialed • Ensure proper equipment operation and preventative maintenance • Ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse • Process Receiving Reports • Report discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory transactions • Maintain communication with drivers, warehouse employees, office staff, and management. • Must be able to stand for all of the day • Must visually Inspect and sort defective product • Ensure that correct amount of product is placed into every work order • Be able to understand and follow verbal and written directions • Be able to use simple math • Ensure that proper packing materials are used for each product being produced • Prepare outgoing orders • Ability to work in a fast pace environment • Must be very detailed and organized • Time-management skills • Moderate lifting of 60lbs • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects at one time • Will be required to wear protective garments, masks, and other required garments and enforce use across all employees • Will be required to learn and train in all departments prior to taking the responsibility of lead to fully comprehend the process
