Satsang: Spirituality & Meditation Description: SATSANG is the root of the practice known as Yoga - for realizing the powerful, practical and profound wisdom of the Yoga Scriptures, Saints and Sages. Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means "gathering together in truth" or, more simply, “good association." This class is beginner friendly We begin with a 15-minute meditation to create space and presence. Satsang proceeds as a 1-hour spiritual instruction including Q&A. All levels and all ages come seated to listen, reflect, meditate and realize through a life of Yoga! Join us for this meditation and the nectar of spiritual knowledge. Suggested donation $20 (no one will be turned away for lack of funds) Every Saturday at Nobe Yoga with Sri Sudarshan Jyotirmayananda, preceptor of the Skylight Yoga school.
