Seeking someone

Hello, I haven’t been able to get out back to do my weeding training or pruning this year and my neighbor threw out wild seeds literally not plant threw in the common area by her - so my yard is in need of desperate tlc as you can see from the pics. I’m looking for someone to come out and clear out the yard (in pics) and plant St. Augustine plugs in the flat part (there is a raised garden bed you can’t really see right now), and then train/hedge the vine plants, also there is a back area that I’m not doing too much with anymore but did get new plug in landscaping lights for back there to replace existing as several are burnt, and pulling weeds and such there too and install the suction lights in the pond (small) and then clean the 2 carbon things on filter before putting a netting bag over it I got to protect it from debris and from the frogs that came to live in it. There’s also potted plants (1 in pic) that woman gave me wrong seedlings and are now I see not 2 foot flowers but vines, that need training/hedging, and 2 small pots that need weeding have tequila sunrise in there now.
