Billiken's Smokehouse, Always Making it Happen and USA Grubbing are excited to announce Fredericksburg’s Best of the Burg Hot Sauce Competition! A Hot Sauce Competition to determine the best hot sauces in the Fredericksburg area! Get your taste buds ready to try locally made hot sauces and help pick the winner! Your ticket includes your sampling kit and a swag tote! Come sample and purchase barbecue and hot sauces along with locally crafted products. You will not want to miss the samples of each sauce with Billiken's Famos BBQ, selected craft brews, and fun music from a local DJ. Witness the sauce eating contest and cheer for your favorite sauce to win a 2022 medal naming best sauces! This event is kid (and dog) friendly and will be held rain/shine on the patio!
