Description

This 30 minute children's yoga class for ages approximately 6 years old to 11 years old will meet at the park! Please bring a yoga mat or blanket! Upon this initial class, we will schedule a weekly class to meet regularly rain or shine, unless it is really bad outside! Ms. Brigitta is a Yoga Teacher certified in Children's Yoga and a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist with a Masters in Dance/Movement Therapy since 2007. She is a Forest School homeschooling mom of with a love of nature! :)
