GO FUND ME FRIENDRAISER NAME: PLEASE OFFER A HAND UP TO ONE IN NEED! My name is Henry and I am humbly asking / begging for you to offer a hand up to one in need at the present moment. I am on disability. I am a cancer victim (survivor for now). I have had hip replacement within the last two years due to bone on bone arthritis. I have arthritis in my other hip (just not as severe yet), I have hearing impairment as well as clinically diagnosed PTSD. I also have a history of pulmonary embolisms (all of which I can document). I am struggling to keep my head abobve water and avoid the loss of my home due to unexpected medical expenses from cancer treatments. When one is diagnosed with cancer one realizes "your time may be limited, so don't waste it living someone elses life" Steve Jobs I spent 27 years as a member of a religious order and when I left the religigious community by my own choice I did so with no pension od 401K. Anything that came in the 13 years that followed I worked very hard for. There are things I need and things I want as time moves moves on. (However long it may be). I need a newer car which I need financial resources for. I need to be able to get to medical appointments for cancer treatments. ( I presently drive a 2007 VW Rabbit that is on its last legs). With gas prices what they are something as small (pre-owned) would be a great replacement. I have health insurance but even the co pays from the cancer treatments are eating me alive. I would like to get the medical co-pay creditors off my back for the cancer treatments received. Trying to raise 20, 000 via Go Fund Me Camign. Ultimately I would like to do a podcast based on on my xperience and years in Middle / High School and College education with the idea of sharing my wisdom, guidance and encouragement with those underserved. I need some technical help in getting it going. My first teaching assignment was in Harlem, NY.
