Erin Harner, Integrative RDN and culinary nutritionist will show you how to "ferment those veggies". In this demonstration, Erin will teach you how to make 3 different lacto-fermented vegetable recipes and offer samples of each one to taste during class. There will be plenty of time for Q & A about veggie fermentation and the benefits for gut health.

About the Instructor
Erin Harner is an Integrative Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She melds the principles of functional medicine with culinary nutrition to teach engaging cooking demos, classes, and workshops on a variety of topics. Also, she works with clients to help them take back their health by confidently cooking nourishing meals for themselves and their families. Erin deeply believes that everything in our bodies is connected and the food we eat matters. When she's not in the kitchen, you'll find Erin in her garden, at the farmer's market or co-op, hiking a local trail, or riding her bike. She lives in Ithaca, NY with her husband and three boys.
