Need help training

I have a 10 month old mini Bernedoodle. We need help training him. He is very very cute. But he needs to be around people 24 hrs per day. He is not crate trained because we initially lived in an apartment. So he destroys the house if we leave him in a room or anywhere while we have work even for a one or two hours. We need help! Looking for someone who can help us.
