Preserve the Season: Peach ClassEnjoy your peaches all year! Discover various methods for safely preserving peaches and unique uses for them. This class will cover canning, freezing, dehydrating and cooking with your peaches.  This class coincides with an optional El Paso County Extension Peach Sale (Pre-orders are due by August 15th). This class will be taught via Zoom. Pre-registration required. Registration closes August 22, 2020 at 12:00 pm. No refunds
