3 Houses! Laminate and Baseboard Install

Looking for an experienced person or crew to install laminate and baseboards on three small houses in Aurora. Please let me know how much you charge for laminate install per square foot, how much you charge for baseboards per linear foot (including quarter round of needed), and when you can start and your availability. Additional info on job: Each house is about 800sq ft and needs laminate everywhere except the bathroom. Product is in pics - already has attached underlayment and is a bit thicker of a product. Will be installed on top of current wood floors. For baseboards, I need old ones removed, new ones painted, installed, and caulked. 2 houses are single story and 800sq ft, the last one is similarly sized but has a finished attic space that will also need done. Product is just the standard square craftsmen as pictured. All three are near Peoria and 6th in Aurora.
