CALL (970)-776-5263 for details Job Title: Machine Operator/Mechanical Assembler Base Pay: 1st shift - $18-19/hour 2nd shift - $23/hour Shift hours: 1st shift - 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F) 2nd shift - 2:30pm-11:00pm (M-F) -2nd shift pays higher because it is a contract until end of the year Job Description: - This position is responsible for the proper, productive and safe fitting and joining of panels and various components/parts together with select welding processes and procedures - This employee is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance - Will be working with Roll Former, CNC Drill Line, Mazak Laser (3D cutting), Robot Welder - Ensure product quality by maintaining proper equipment settings and following established SOP’s - Verify product specifications and quality by performing measurements and inspections - Workers are required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk and hear Additional Information: - Standard Drug Test Required - Mechanical experience/aptitude preferred - Working knowledge of hand tools - Safety equipment used: eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel toed work boots, welding hood, respirators, welding gloves, sleeves, and other PPE as required to weld safely - Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted Extra: - Will get a 3% increase once converted to direct employee - 100% paid medical and dental benefits - Accrues 14 days a year PTO after working 90 days - After 30 days of being converted, access to 5% 401K and life insurance Work Environment: - This position operates in a plant environment and climate-controlled facility
