Large Condominium Community on Lake Orienta is seeking an experienced Irrigation/Grounds Keeper & Maintenance Tech to start work as soon as possible. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Experienced in irrigation install and repairs and able to use Pressure Washer. General Maintenance duties include painting and assisting in troubleshooting repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems and drywall repairs and spot paint. Able to do some plumbing and roof repair tasks. In depth knowledge of the appropriate tools for various job applications and operation and care of power tools. Meticulously maintaining curb appeal of community. Assisting office personnel with the other various tasks as needed. Proficient in all verbal and written communications, neat work habits and maintain a clean appearance at all times. Assisting Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Reporting any maintenance concerns for repairs on condominium, pools, clubhouse and/or common areas to Property Manager. Assisting with hazardous weather issues such as flooding, fires etc. Ability to climb a two-story ladder for roof access and able to lift 50lbs. We are looking for someone who would be able to start working at short notice. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience is required. Irrigation/Grounds Keeper/Maintenance Technician: 2-3 years. Ability to operate vehicle and valid driver’s license is required according to community needs. Computer literate is a plus.
