Carolina Waves will be hosting our Showcase & Open Mic on Wednesdays bi-weekly in Greensboro at The Artist Bloc! Award-winning Carolina Waves Platform returns to Greensboro for a biweekly Showcase & Open Mic on August 10th and 24th, hosted by K97.5 personality and curator, Mir.I.am, feat. DJ RNB. Come perform, network, build your buzz, and possibly get booked on major upcoming events and festivals and interviews. Carolina Waves is an award-winning platform that has booked artists for the Hopscotch Fest, A3C Fest, Bull City Summit, UNC's Hip-Hop South Fest, Art of Cool Fest, Local Band Local Beer, Women's Empowerment, the K97.5 College Tour, various showcases and concerts, and helped indie artists secure openings for National Recording Artists. Singers/ rappers/ dancers/ all talents, genres, ages welcome.. Early arrival highly suggested. The list fills up quickly! Doors slots NOT GUARANTEED! First come, first serve. 1 song allowed with door sign ups. Free to perform. $10 entry for everyone, all night. Optional: Limited Reserved (1 song) available: Guaranteed slots ( 2 songs).
